Our Team

Simon Hawkins

From a young age, I was fascinated by flight, starting with building and flying model aeroplanes before progressing to helicopters as technology advanced. This early passion for aviation grew alongside a lifelong interest in technology and innovation.

I served 8.5 years in Her Majesty’s Forces, completing several operational tours, including Northern Ireland and Kosovo. After leaving the military, I pursued my interest in technology further and built a career in engineering, progressing to Senior Engineer for Advanced Technology Services.

In 2019, I gained my PfCO (Permission for Commercial Operations) for drones, which allowed me to turn my passion into a profession. Since then, I have worked across Europe, capturing aerial photography and videography for a wide range of projects including motocross, yacht racing, and powerboat events.

My journey into drones naturally expanded into photography, and after meeting Simon, we combined our skills and creativity to collaborate. Together, we are embarking on a new adventure bringing fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to both aerial and ground photography.

Mark West

With over 30 years of experience behind the lens, I have turned a lifelong passion for photography into a professionally qualified craft. My journey began in the world of film and evolved alongside the digital revolution, giving me a deep appreciation for both the traditional and modern aspects of the art.
I cover a wide range of photographic styles and take great satisfaction in the balance of art and science that transforms each image into a finished piece. For me, photography is not just about capturing a moment—it’s about telling a story. After all, a picture can speak a thousand words.
Over the years, I’ve taken tens of thousands of photographs, always eager to experiment with new techniques and technologies. What I enjoy most is the customer journey: working with clients from initial planning through to completion, ensuring that every image reflects their vision as much as my own creativity.
